On the ground floor of the establishment with large openings to let in natural light, the restaurant room (open to outside customers) welcomes you in a chic and refined atmosphere - wooden floors, white tablecloths and elements of elegant decoration. The bioclimatic pergola, with a sunny terrace in summer, entirely with floor-to-ceiling windows, reveals a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, as well as a breath-taking view of a charming garden.

Two rooms, two atmospheres, but the same desire to taste tasty dishes to choose from the restaurant card or the bistro card: something to satisfy all tastes and all gourmets.

At l’Orée du Bois restaurant, traditional and creative food

Highlight local and seasonal products, draw inspiration from traditional French food recipes by bringing them a touch of creativity: at L'Orée du Bois restaurant, the Chef draws inspiration from the classic gastronomy that he decline, by offering dishes that combine tradition and modernity as well as inspirations from elsewhere. The products are fresh and the dishes homemade, hence the title of Maître Restaurateur and classification 3 casseroles from Logis de France.

The destructured "Vosgiennes" salad as a starter, the stuffed quail from the Vosges with Agen prunes, port marinade, arancini and mini vegetables or the salt portion-crusted fish, orange glazed fennel and Venerated rice: let be surprise with mastered and creative dishes to discover during a romantic dinner, a business meal or a celebration with friends or family, a few steps from Vittel, in the Vosges.

The card change twice in the year. The menus « du marché » and « gourmand » are changing everyday.
